Rina Nerlich, Executive Director, has been with Child Development Centers since 1997. She is in charge of the overall responsibility for the agency including its financial stability, grant writing and operations. Rina grew up in Erie, Pennsylvania and graduated from Clarion University of PA in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. Her hobbies include NASCAR racing and camping.
Rina states that our mission statement summarizes nicely why CDC is the best choice for parents. "Highest Quality Programs that educate and nurture your child in a safe, healthy and creative environment." Our mission is a way of life. Her children have been students in our program for 16 years. Not only have they loved to come to school over those years, but they have received the highest quality early childhood experience. "I always suggest that parents make visits to our centers without an appointment to get a good view of what quality looks like." states Rina. Child Development Centers, Inc has been committed to continuous quality improvement and we have worked very hard to improve our services and programs. Rina is very proud of our agency and the dedication that our employees have shown toward children.
Pam Sampsell, Director of Centers, has been with Child Development Centers, Inc since 1993. She is responsible for overseeing the operations in all 5 of our centers, ensuring high quality programming for our children. Pam grew up in Rocky Grove, and graduated from Clarion University of PA in December of 1992 with a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Development and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. Her hobbies include camping with her family, swimming, walking and shopping.
Pam feels that the best choice for parents is Child Development Centers, Inc. because "CDC is continually working toward higher quality services for the families we serve. We believe that the children are amazing and have special gifts. Our commitment to programs that sustain the "gold standard" is our daily quest."
Tom Horner, Finance Director, has been with Child Development Centers since 2006. His hometown is Oil City, PA and he graduated from Drake College in Florida with a BBA degree in Accounting/Marketing. His hobbies are gardening and motorcycling.
Tom thinks that Child Development Centers is the best choice for parents because we are all about the children, with programs specifically designed to benefit each child.
